Roll & Release mit Nina: Yin Yoga und Faszienmassage Teil III: Gesicht, Nacken, Schultern, oberer Rücken und Brustkorb

Eure Rückmeldungen waren eindeutig, es braucht einen 3. Workshop. Im Oktober widmen wir uns unserem Gesicht und dem Hals-Nackenbereich. Wir nutzen dafür kleine Schaumstoffbälle und bearbeiten Stirn, Schläfen, Kiefer und den gesamten Hals. Dazu kommen Übungen für den oberen Schultergürtel, für die seitlichen Rückenmuskulatur sowie für die Körpervorderseite. Hier verwenden wir Igel- und Tennisbälle für die Massage und das Lösen der Verklebungen im Gewebe.

We are excited to welcome Taylor Hunt back to Bonn for the second year in a row! He is a devoted practitioner and teacher of Ashtanga Yoga. He makes yearly trips to Mysore, India to study under the guidance of his teacher, R. Sharath Jois. In 2013, Taylor was granted Level 2 Authorization to teach and has had the honor of assisting Sharath on several occasions.

Eine Massage- oder Anatomie Vorbildung ist nicht erforderlich. Praktiziert wird in bequemer Kleidung auf einer Bodenmatte. Du kannst sowohl mit Partner*in als auch alleine teilnehmen.
