A science-infused day of somatic practices focusing on hormonal health in midlife, longevity, strength building, breathwork, sexuality, and mindful movement.

Join us for a transformative day dedicated to supporting your hormonal health through evidence-based discussions and practical movement practices. This unique experience is designed for those navigating midlife changes who want to feel empowered, strong, and informed. Expect a combination of expert knowledge, movement sessions, and breathwork to help you optimise your well-being for the years ahead.

9:00 – 10:45 | Knowledge is Power 

The day begins with a welcome circle where you will be gudied through a breathing and visualizaion session beofre delving into an insightful discussion about hormonal changes and how to manage them safely and effectively. We'll explore the latest evidence-based treatments, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT), alongside holistic lifestyle modifications. Learn how nutrition, movement, stress management, and sleep can profoundly impact your hormonal balance, helping to ease symptoms and support long-term health.

13:00-14:00 | Yoga for Balance

A rejuvenating yoga session designed to bring harmony to both body and mind. This practice focuses on mindful movement, flexibility, and relaxation, supporting hormonal balance and overall well-being.

14:00 – 15:30 | Hormones and Longevity

In this session, we will take a deep dive into the effects of hormonal shifts on bone density, muscle mass, and metabolism. Discover how to tailor your strength training and recovery strategies to work with your body's changing needs, ensuring optimal muscle retention, energy levels, and metabolic function.

15:30 – 16:30 | Hormones & Sexuality with a special mention of Pelvic Floor

Midlife brings changes not just to our energy and strength but also to our core integrity and sexual well-being. This session will guide you through ways to understand your homones in relation to sexuality and preserve pelvic floor and bladder health while improving core stability and sexual vitality. Learn how breathwork can support deeper core engagement, relaxation, and reconnection to your sensual self.

17:00 – 18:00 | Trend Topics & Closing Practice

To round off the day, we’ll explore some of the latest wellness trends, separating fact from fiction. Expect an engaging discussion on the real benefits of collagen supplementation and other popular health interventions.

We will conclude the day with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session – a guided meditation designed to bring complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. This practice will leave you feeling deeply nourished, balanced, and re-energised.

Hi, I’m Colette White MB, BCh, BAO, MRCOG —a gynaecologist with specialist training in menopause care and a deep passion for supporting women through midlife with clarity, compassion, and evidence-based guidance. I combine safe, effective medical treatments with the principles of lifestyle medicine to empower women to navigate menopause with confidence and build a strong foundation for long-term health and longevity. I'm also a mum of three, and I’ve called Bonn home since moving here from Belfast nearly nine years ago.e look forward to welcoming you!
