Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of Cesme while experiencing a retreat that balances high-quality yoga practice with affordability. The aim this year was to offer a luxury retreat with a bit more affordability and we have the perfect option.

Our retreat is designed to cater to practitioners of all levels, offering a supportive environment to enhance your Ashtanga journey.

You can choose to join this retreat for either one week or the two full weeks.

Daily Yoga Practice

Begin each day with invigorating Mysore-style Ashtanga yoga sessions. Expect a personalised approach where Katy will ensure that each practitioner receives individual attention, making it ideal for both beginners and advanced students. In addition to the daily Mysore classes, we offer integrated breathwork and meditation sessions to enrich your practice.

Workshops

Participate in three afternoon workshops focusing on various themes that will be confirmed closer to the retreat dates. These workshops are designed to deepen your understanding of yoga and its various aspects, tailored to meet the needs and interests of our participants.

Nourishing Food

Indulge in delicious vegetarian meals (vegan options available upon request) inspired by the vibrant Mediterranean cuisine. All meals are prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients to ensure maximum flavor and nutritional value. Here's a glimpse of our meal example schedule:

  • Morning Coffee and Tea: 6:00 - 7:00

  • Breakfast Buffet: 10:30 - 12:00

  • Afternoon Snack: 16:00 - 16:30

  • Dinner: From 19:30

Tea, coffee, and drinking water are available throughout the day to keep you refreshed.

The nearest airport to Cesme is Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, located just 14 km from Izmir's city center. Direct flights from Cologne are typically available. From the airport, Cesme is approximately a one-hour journey, with multiple transportation options to choose from.

With over a decade of practice and teaching experience, Katy has cultivated a deep understanding of yoga's physical, mental, and spiritual benefits which aids her ability create transformative retreat experiences.

Katy's journey into yoga began as a personal quest for balance and well-being, which quickly blossomed into a lifelong commitment to teaching and sharing the practice with others. She has trained extensively with renowned Ashtanga teachers, earning her Level 1 Ashtanga Authorisation in 2022 and continues to deepen her knowledge through ongoing study and personal practice.

Katy's teaching style by her ability to tailor classes to the individual needs of her students. She believes in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where practitioners of all levels can thrive. Her retreats are thoughtfully designed to combine rigorous practice with relaxation and self-care, offering a holistic approach.
